Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we do! Just send us an email with details of what you are after to info@lavendermooncandleco.com.au and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do but only to select countries at this point in time.  Countries that we ship to are New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, South Korea and USA.  Due to the different shipping zones, the costs will vary and will not include any additional import taxes or duties.  To find out more, please refer to our shipping policy.

 

My candle is tunnelling, what can I do?

Please ensure that you burn your candle for 4 hours for the first burn to set the wax memory.  Please refer to the 'Candle Care' card included with your purchase on how to get the most out of your candles.

 

My candle arrived broken, what happens now?

How do I care for my candle?

All our candles come with a 'Candle Care' card that has a few helpful tips on how to get the most out of your candle.

 

Can I become a stockist?

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $100.

 

What kind of wax do you use?

We use a 100% CocoSoy wax  for our candles and a premium all-natural Soy Wax blend for our wax melts.  Both are biodegradable, vegan-friendly, pet-friendly and non-toxic.  

 

What are the pretty bits in my wax melts?

We infuse our wax melts with combinations of dried botanicals, natural crystals, a small amount of dye and skin-safe mica powder.
